About the Role Opportunity for a Project Architect or Senior Architect to join our team in early 2026. You will take ownership of a portfolio of commercial, industrial and mixed‑use projects, working closely with the Director and supported by a capable team of designers and graduates. Key Responsibilities Lead projects independently from early concept through DA, CC and IFC documentation. Coordinate consultants and stakeholders, including engineers, planners, certifiers, councils and project managers. Oversee and produce detailed Revit documentation, including architectural drawing packages, technical details, schedules and coordination sets. Ensure compliance with NCC/BCA, Australian Standards and relevant local planning controls, proactively identifying issues and resolving them early. Manage client communication, providing clear updates and maintaining professional relationships. Review and quality‑check documentation prepared by designers and graduates. Mentor and support junior team members on technical development. Represent the practice in meetings, presentations and consultant workshops. Work closely with the Director, providing strategic input into design, delivery and practice improvements. About You 7+ years’ experience in an architectural practice. Experience delivering commercial, industrial or mixed‑use projects (preferred). NSW Architectural Registration (or working toward registration). Proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows, Microsoft and Adobe Suite. Strong knowledge of NCC, BCA and the NSW DA/CC/CDC approval process. Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with professionalism and attention to detail. A collaborative, proactive attitude and interest in contributing to a growing studio.
