The firm takes a vertically integrated approach, managing architecture, design, engineering, construction, and innovation in-house, ensuring each development meets the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join the team, contributing to all stages of luxury residential projects from concept through delivery. This is an opportunity to work within a vertically integrated environment where design excellence, construction quality, and sustainability intersect. Key Responsibilities Lead the architectural design and documentation of residential projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s quality and aesthetic standards. Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to deliver integrated solutions. Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout all project phases. Mentor junior architects and contribute to the development of design processes. Ensure compliance with relevant planning, building, and sustainability regulations. Key Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; registration in NSW preferred. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in high-end residential or luxury developments. Strong design, technical, and project management skills. Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams in a development-focused environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership abilities. Passion for sustainable design and delivering high-quality residential projects.
