Architect Project Lead

As our office in Sydney is growing and we have a pipeline of interesting projects, we are looking for Architect Project Leads with 8‑10 years’ experience. Required skills and experience 8‑10 years post‑qualification experience as an Architect after graduating from a master’s degree program. Professional qualification as an Architect or an equivalent overseas qualification. Professional work experience using Revit. Skills, knowledge and abilities Excellent communication skills, spoken and written. Proficiency with Rhino and Adobe Suite is required. Solid conceptual, design and graphic skills. Experience with technical detailing, construction documentation & construction administration. Ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking. Knowledge of products, materials, and construction methods. Exposure to management and coordination of project stakeholders, local authorities and approving bodies, and sub‑consultants. Ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design team. Ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project. The ability to be proactive, self‑motivated, and take initiative in response to direction from managers. Great interpersonal communication skills. Experience in residential and mixed‑use projects is advantageous; however, adaptability across sectors is highly valued.
