About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Project Engineer with a passion for renewable energy to join our team and take charge of exciting solar farm projects on the East Coast. As a key player in the team, you’ll manage and deliver large‑scale solar projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work alongside experienced leaders in the industry, helping to shape the future of Australia’s renewable energy landscape. Here’s What You’ll Be Doing Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solar farm projects, from initial design to final commissioning. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring everything is on track and within scope. Collaborate with a talented team of engineers, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks to keep everything running smoothly. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams, helping them develop and grow their skills. Oversee compliance with Australian Standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements. Regularly review progress and report updates to senior management, making sure all deliverables are met. At least 5 years of experience in a Project Engineering role, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity. Strong background in renewable energy projects, especially solar farms. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and guide teams to success. Ability to solve complex engineering challenges and deliver results under pressure.
