We have a growing presence in cyber, space and nuclear programs. Tell me about this role: Amentum are seeking NV1 security cleared Systems Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. You will provide Systems Engineering activities to support a sovereign technology program delivering critical capability to Defence. The successful candidate will require demonstrated experience in a high-pressure environment, preferably Defence, with a willingness to be adaptable. What will I be doing day to day? Conduct capability and concept development, requirements analysis and development, design and implementation Plan and deliver engineering services, regulatory compliance, resource management, and project outcomes Conduct Verification & Validation Provide Engineering governance of Networks (Systems of systems) Engage with stakeholders, investigate systems engineering concepts, deliver and manage systems engineering specifications and resources What sort of skills do I need? Degree qualifications in Systems Engineer or related field Experience within a government or Defence environment Experience Engineering governance and Verification & Validation Experience in Networking Strong communication skills, process orientated with good attention to detail Hold a minimum NV1 security clearance (must be an Australian citizen) What’s in it for me?
