transfers.Credit check and process new account formsCovering colleagues workload for annual leaveAllocation of payments receivedThis role is a Fixed term maternity cover position for 12 monthsAbout the roleCredit ControllerFollow the company collection procedure to minimise bad debt.Providing invoices and statements to customers.Monitor customer credit limits, customer spend and obtain credit reports when requiredLiaising with internal and external customers to resolve customer queries.Agree & monitor customer payment plansGenerate aged debt reports and make contact calls/emails to gain payment of the overdueTake customer card paymentsAttend depot visits when required and building relationships with internal & external customersFollow company procedures for business closures,

Be able to provide examples of a commitment to service excellenceWork well on your own and as part of a teamExcellent communication skillsDemonstrate the ability to work under pressure and to deadlinesTime management skillsExcellent problem solving skillsGood attention to detailExperience of using Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level.Previous experience is preferred but not essential
