As a Senior Sales Manager, you'll have the chance to drive Resly's expansion into new markets while supporting the sales & account optimisation teams to do their best work.The Role:As the Senior Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in influencing the future strategic direction of Resly, leveraging your extensive experience in sales management to drive growth and achieve key objectives. Your ability to navigate the intricacies of the short-term rental market will be pivotal as you identify new business opportunities, foster meaningful relationships, and deliver solutions that address our clients' needs. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with the marketing team on pivotal initiatives such as website rebranding, lead generation strategies, and market expansion into South East Asia, ensuring seamless alignment between sales and marketing efforts to maximize impact and propel Resly's success.What you'll do:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market shareLead and manage a team of sales & account management professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure successBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersAnalyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growthCollaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunitiesPrepare and present sales reports and forecasts to Founders & DirectorsWhat we're seeking:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleProven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growthStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyse data and market trends to inform sales strategiesExperience working with CRM systemsThe flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in AustraliaA supportive and collaborative team environmentCompetitive compensation with performance-based bonusesOpportunities for professional development and career growthThe chance to make a significant impact in the short term rental market nationwideReady to Take the Next Step?If you're a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the short term rental industry, we want to hear from you Join us from anywhere in Australia and embark on an exciting journey of growth and success.
