Counter Team Leader Full-time opportunity with award-winning Employer of Choice We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic Counter Team Leader to join our amazing Sandy Bay team on a full-time basis If you have experience leading a counter / customer servicedepartment, strong people skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you. What you'll bring: Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills that inspire and engage your team Strong stock management experience, with skills in planning, merchandising, and a sharp eye for detail Energy, initiative and a positive mindset, with a genuine love of working with food and people (both customers and team members) Flexibility to work full-time on a rotating roster across our trading hours, including some early and late shifts, plus alternate weekends In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including opening/ procedures, cash handling, WH&S and Food Safety compliance Physical fitness for lifting and standing throughout your shift This role would suit an ambitious and experienced customer service professional who aspires to step into a Section Manager role in the future. The base hourly pay rates for level 4 team leader adults are:Full time & part time Weekdays $28.12 Saturday $35.15 Sunday $42.18 Public Holidays $63.27 Additional penalty rates apply to public holidays and some overtime and early morning shifts.
