Assistant Team Leader

We are hiring for a part-time Assistant Team Leader to join the Counter team at our beautiful South Hobart Store This role is for applicants with previous customer service experience, either within food retail or hospitality. If you feel ready to step into an assisting leadership role and are available during the daytime, we would love to hear from you You will need: A friendly attitude and good communication skills to provide the attentive customer service Hill Street is known for. A love of working with food and people (both colleagues and customers). A willingness to assist in leading, teaching and nurturing your team, and organising your department. Energy, initiative and willingness to take direction. The ability to follow company procedures and regulations, particularly regarding food handling and workplace health and safety. Ongoing daytime availability on at least 3-4 days per week and every second weekend. Your standard roster will be agreed based on your availability and our operational requirements, with flexibility to suit your needs. Physical fitness for lifting and standing. The base hourly pay rates for level 3 adults are: Full-time & part-time Weekdays $27.58 Saturday $34.48 Sunday $41.37 Additional penalty rates apply to public holidays and some overtime and early morning shifts.
