Retail Sales Representative - Xtend Outdoors Xtend Outdoors is a long established and highly respected supplier of annexes, awnings and accessories to the Caravan and RV industry. We have embarked on an exciting new phase and are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative who shares our values of trust, teamwork and providing great customer service. The Opportunity This role is required to support the increased demand within the Caravan and RV industry. We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to service and support our retail customers at our facility in Campbellfield Victoria. This is a busy and important role within our internal sales team and has the following responsibilities: Front Counter, Phone and Email sales. Assistingcustomers with product selection by interpreting their requirements and providing the appropriate product solution. Demonstrate the features and functions of our products including awnings, annexes and accessories to retail customers. Convert new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up. Prepare and submit quotes to customers. Work closely with and providing support to our scheduling team in regard to the fitting of individual orders. Serving "walk-in" clients face to face. Help with maintaining showroom display to be tidy and attractive. Coordinate insurance repair work, and maintain regular and timely communication with all parties involved in the claim. Generate sales orders, invoices and shipping documentation where required. Attend and represent the company in trade shows as required. About You The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience: Ability to interpret parts and catalogues to determine the right application. Proven problem-solving skills. Product knowledge – caravan, RV and camper trailer (highly desirable). Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite and general computing skills. A relaxed butprofessional presentationstyle. Outgoing and friendly personality. Accountable and honest. Enthusiastic can-do attitude with a passion to learn new things.
