In the role of Portfolio Consultant, you will join the Term Deposits & Savings Portfolio team within the Business and Private Bank Division that’s doubling down on customer obsession and winning together. You will be responsible for recommending improvements in product performance, and identifying business opportunities to improve digital banking experience, customer satisfaction & uplift business performance. An analytical and commercial mindset, attention to detail and ability to engage with a broad range of both technical and non-technical stakeholders, will ensure success in this role. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: Showcase your deep understanding of portfolio management, the deposits portfolio, and its associated levers Shape the product strategy across Business & Private Bank Term Deposits and Savings Maintain and improve reporting and insights that feed into key forums across the business Develop rich insights, recommendations, and initiatives to shape the portfolio in line with client, business, treasury and enterprise outcomes / appetite Deliver key insights on industry and competitor landscape using internal and external data sources, to help drive decision making and change Manage end-to-end projects with a key focus on improving product performance, customer experience, and digital banking We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers.
