Job Description The opportunity. Lead with purpose. Deliver with impact. We’re looking for a Product Manager (Everyday Banking, Deposits and Insurance) to join our Experience & Product division. We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to assist in the design, development and lifecycle management of our products. Reporting to the Head of Product Development and Management, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping customer value propositions, drive product performance and ensure regulatory compliance. You will play a key role in managing and evolving our Everyday Banking, Deposits and Insurance product portfolio, ensuring it remains competitive, compliant, and aligned with member needs and interests. What You’ll Do Manage and enhance Everyday Banking, Deposit and Insurance portfolio, ensuring compliance with ASIC, APRA, RBA, AUSTRAC, ACCC, other regulatory requirements and bank’s strategic priorities. Prepare pricing recommendations for pricing decisions, contribute to product reviews and audits, and proactively identify opportunities to improve member experience. Develop business cases for new products and enhancement, support project delivery, and prepare post-implementation reviews. Support the oversight over Everyday Banking, Deposits and Insurance product portfolio, including reporting, performance monitoring and product governance. Own and manage risks, controls, issues and incidents. Manage and embed product-related processes across the bank. Act as a subject matter expert across bank-wide projects and strategic initiatives, championing innovation, process optimisation, and change that enhances member outcomes. Desired Skills and Experience What You’ll Bring 5+ years of financial services product management experience, preferably in Everyday Banking, Deposits, Super or Insurance. Strong understanding of financial services industry and associated regulatory requirements. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Track record in managing risk and controls and delivering change. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to develop product growth and profitability. RG146 in Superannuation qualifications and experience managing superannuation products will be highly regarded. Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business or economics or marketing (or equivalent experience). We count on you. And you can count on us.
