About The Team 3+ years experience leading software development engineering teams, fostering high-performing and engaged teams focused on delivering high‑quality software. 8+ years experience in software development engineering, including architecting, building, and scaling robust and efficient software systems. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Responsibilities Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of UI developers. Technical Vision & Execution: Drive the team’s technical strategy in designing, developing, and delivering high‑quality, reusable React components and applications. Oversee the migration of legacy components. Collaboration: Partner closely with product management stakeholders to ensure the best possible end‑user experience. Effectively communicate technical strategy and project status to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to drive alignment. Platform & Engineering Excellence: Champion a platform to provide an empowering and efficient developer experience for frontend engineers. Contribute to and uphold engineering best practices in testing, performance, and code quality. Project Management: Guide the team through the full software development lifecycle, ensuring clear requirements, effective planning, and timely delivery of technical projects. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience building and leading impactful engineering teams. 10+ years experience developing commercial web applications. Other Qualifications You view software development as a team sport and thrive in a highly collaborative, agile culture. You have a strong focus on delivering high‑quality software products, continuous innovation, and you value test automation and performance engineering.
