This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of energy efficiency and make a lasting impact.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop Strategic Plans:

Craft and implement strategies that align with our mission and drive the company toward its goals.Market Analysis:

Stay ahead by analysing industry trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and leading market expansion initiatives.Operational ManagementLeadership:

Guide and direct department heads, ensuring their efforts align with our overall strategy.Daily Operations:

Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including production, sales, marketing, finance, and HR.Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.Campaign Management:

Oversee campaigns for both residential and commercial sectors, including the implementation of heat pumps, solar air conditioning, battery storage systems, and electric vehicle chargers in VIC and NSW. For the commercial sector, manage lighting, solar, measurement and verification methods, energy efficiency upgrades, power factor correction, and ground-mounted solar and battery energy storage systems.Budgeting:

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.Financial Optimization:

Enhance financial performance through cost control, revenue strategies, and operational efficiencies.Compliance:

Ensure all financial activities comply with regulations and reporting requirements.People ManagementTeam Building:

Recruit, train, and mentor employees to foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.Performance Management:

Set clear expectations and provide regular feedback to enhance staff performance.Inclusive Environment:

Promote a safe, diverse, and inclusive workplace that values employee engagement.Executive Team Hiring:

Hire a relevant executive team to manage overall works across both residential and commercial sectors.Customer SatisfactionCustomer-Centric Approach:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive feedback and service improvements.Client Relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Risk Management and ComplianceRisk Mitigation:

Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Internal Controls:

Implement procedures to safeguard company assets and minimize liabilities.Qualifications and ExperienceManagement Experience:

A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, demonstrating effective team and project management.Industry Experience:

At least 3 years of experience with Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU), Energy Savings Scheme (ESS), or similar programs is preferred but not mandatory.Operational Leadership:

Proven track record in operational roles, showcasing your ability to enhance organizational efficiency.Energy Sector Knowledge:

Familiarity with solar energy systems, including design, installation, and industry standards is preferred but not mandatory.Project Management:

Background in energy or project management to set up cross-functional teams and manage day-to-day operations effectively.Time Management:

Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands.Stakeholder Management:

Proven ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders, manage expectations, and foster collaboration.People Skills:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.Analytical Skills:

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to present insights clearly and support decision-making.Salary and BenefitsCompetitive Salary:

Full-time wage of $150,000 to $180,000 plus superannuation.Annual Bonus:

Performance-based yearly bonus.Wage Increase:

Annual salary review and increase.Comprehensive Remuneration Package:
