This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make a significant impact in a leading dealership that specialises in Isuzu Trucks, MAN, Western Star, Dennis Eagle, and DAF.

About the role:Reporting directly to the Group Truck Dealer Principle, you will oversee approximately 10 leaders across the Sales, Service, Parts, Accounts, and Finance departments and their respective teams of approximately 140 people. Your role will be instrumental in driving the success of our dealership. Your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing day-to-day operations and leading a high-performing teamDeveloping and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectivesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholdersEnsuring exceptional customer satisfaction and service deliveryManaging financial performance and budgetary controlIdentifying and capitalising on market opportunitiesDriving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Who we are looking for:Proven experience in a senior management role within the automotive industry (ideally in trucks)Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse teamExcellent business acumen and strategic thinkingOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsA track record of achieving results and exceeding targetsA passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
