ANZ Cabramatta, New South Wales, Australia Senior Banking Consultant, Cabramatta ANZ is looking for a Senior Banking Consultant to join our Retail Banking team. Job Details Role Type: Permanent Location: 16 John Street, Cabramatta NSW 2166, Australia Work Hours: Full Time (40 hours/week) Role Overview As a Senior Banking Consultant you will help provide customers with a seamless banking experience, meeting end‑to‑end financial needs through transaction activities, needs‑based conversations, and educating them on available solutions, including digital. The role is based mainly in branches and deliver high‑standard customer service to ensure customers are satisfied and become advocates for ANZ. What you’ll do Act as ANZ products initiator and role model Support the Branch Manager in delivering ANZ’s retail strategy and day‑to‑day branch operations Meet customer needs through ANZ’s range of home loan, insurance, investment products, and transactional services Take responsibility to ‘know your customer’ from a risk perspective Deliver desired customer experience by adopting a positive, relationship‑based, customer‑centric approach that prioritises complete financial needs What you’ll bring Prior experience developing strong customer relationships in a client‑focused role Significant experience in financial services, preferably within retail banking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership and coaching capabilities Experience promoting and using technology Ability to multi‑task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity We don’t expect you to have all of these skills.
