From taking orders to running food or giving great recommendations to our locals, you’ll be part of a team that thrives on delivering top-notch service with plenty of personality. We’re a busy venue, so we need people who are ready to hit the ground running. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to stand still — we’re after staff who can stay on their toes, stay smiling, and keep the good vibes going even when things get hectic. About the role: You’ll be part of a large, fast-paced restaurant team where no two shifts are the same. One minute you’ll be taking orders, and the next you’ll be carrying out three mains and a round of drinks. Our guests range from families to locals, functions, and the after-work crowd — so adaptability, friendliness, and a can-do attitude are essential. About you: You must have experience in a restaurant or café - we’re a high-volume venue, and we need people who can jump in confidently from day one. You have solid availability, especially weeknights and weekends - our busiest times. You enjoy talking to people and aren’t afraid to approach a table with a smile. You have strong attention to detail - from taking accurate orders to resetting tables without being asked. You can stay calm under pressure and hustle when the venue is full. You’re a team player who understands that everyone needs to pitch in. You’re willing to learn our systems, menu, and the “Kite” way of doing things — we take pride in our service and want you to do the same. Full availability is preferred.
