Customer Service Representative Trainee - Lithgow You will complete a Certificate IV in Business - Customer Engagement qualification over 24 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with Zeal Futures and Service NSW. Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to: Provide and deliver services in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, consistent with Service NSW vision, mission and values Undertake administrative work to support the provision of service delivery as required Build strong customer relationships by quickly establishing rapport, recognizing diverse customer needs, motivations, and preferences, and adapting your approach to ensure a positive and personalized experience. Utilize records, information, and knowledge management systems effectively to support informed decision-making and efficient work practices Serve customers effectively by applying a clear understanding of relevant policies and procedures to deliver the right services through the appropriate channels.
