What You’ll Do Lead the design, development, and specification of electrical products and systems for Banlaw projects. Support tender processes through site audits, gap analysis, and proposal preparation. Manage procurement and vendor relationships to keep projects on track. Assist with installation, commissioning, and testing activities on‑site. Provide technical support to colleagues and customers while maintaining quality and safety standards. What You’ll Bring Ideally 5+ years’ experience in electrical engineering in a relevant industry (e.g., manufacturing, mining) & relevant qualifications. An accountable team player with strong communication & stakeholder management skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities. A capable, proactive problem‑solver. Previous experience in Control System Design, Cable Schedules, AutoCAD, Electrical panel design. IMPORTANT: A current drivers’ license, pre‑employment medical & the ability to undertake infrequent local & international travel to work on site are required for this role. Bonus Skills (not essential) Hazard Area (classification & design); functional safety; PLC design & programming; networking & comms experience; familiarity with RPEQ &/or NER; general knowledge of manufacturing & fabrication practices.
