Merchandise Coordinator

We’re looking for a switched on and detail‑oriented Merchandise Coordinator to work in a driven and dynamic team. This role will be responsible for managing stock, raising purchase orders, shipping, pricing and promotions across our Retail and Marketplace channels. Who we are At WM Ritchie, we know shoes. Based in Rosebery, Sydney, we are passionate retailers, e-commerce merchants and product leaders who love what we do Who you are You may have been working in retail stores or head office for 1+ years. Or, you may have just completed a degree. You are ready and eager to learn and an excellent communicator who can grasp the key objectives of the wider business. You have a good attitude, are a team player and want to roll up your sleeves and have a go Responsibilities: Ownership of placing orders on behalf of the buying team Management of Factory orders and Shipping Monitor inventory levels and stock mix, proposing adjustments based on sales trends and forecasts Analyse product sell-through and support the development of strategies for repeat, markdown, and consolidation Action stock transfers between stores Look after samples, ensuring all products are tracked through the business at every stage, from development through to production Manage samples for photoshoots Contributes to trading the business by actioning price changes, promotions and highlighting risks and opportunities Provide feedback to the Product team on trade performance Support with trade analysis and reporting, prepare replenishment opportunities and ensure quick turn around Support the team by providing accurate analysis and reports.
