Overview Locations: Westminster, Midland, Spearwood New Graduate Occupational Therapist role at Concentric. You will participate in an industry-leading graduate program, serving both in our clinic and in the community. With a gradual ramp-up period, we help you transition from your studies and apply your skills in a real-world setting. You will have weekly supervision, market-leading professional development, and a dedicated multi-disciplinary team to support you as you build a long and successful career. Responsibilities A structured 12 month program to allow for learning and development. Initial 12 weeks of Graduate intensive training, including an extensive introduction to Concentric and working in the NDIS Allied Health Space. A Supervisor to help you navigate your new role, with weekly supervision, supporting you every step of the way Flexi-time; work from home opportunities to allow for work life balance. Quarterly alignment days— a day out of the clinic to not see clients, learn and spend time with colleagues. Collaborative teams with high levels of fun and culture.
