Join Rocky Bay’s 12-month Allied Health New Graduate Program in Perth, supporting Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists with clinical supervision and career growth. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Participate in a 12-month structured graduate program commencing 19 January 2026 with a comprehensive induction Provide person-centred therapy services as an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist Work in a multi-disciplinary, fast-paced, and dynamic workplace to achieve billable targets Demonstrate genuine interpersonal skills while delivering effective and supportive services Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and receive formal and informal feedback in a supportive environment About You The company is looking for: Allied Health Graduates, specifically Occupational Therapists or Speech Pathologists Ability and willingness to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team Strong interpersonal skills to provide high-quality therapy services Compensation & Benefits Access to expert training from therapists with 10+ years clinical experience Discounted HBF Health and Fitstop Gym memberships Free Employee Assistance Program Purchased Leave Program to increase annual leave up to 6 weeks per year Six weeks paid parental leave $2000 referral reward for bringing a friend on-board Fleet cars for work-related travel and free parking Long service leave pro-rata after 5 years Generous salary packaging up to AUD18,550 Training & Development The program provides ongoing support with clinical supervision and continuous formal and informal feedback to support career progression.
