Who could you be at GHD? Our Surface Water & Catchments team help deliver innovative water solutions and create sustainable, cost-effective strategies that protect ecosystems and support resilient infrastructure. The team provide expertise in flood management, stormwater systems, hydraulic modelling and climate risk assessments to help communities and industries manage their water related challenges. We’re currently looking for Graduate Engineer (Civil or Environmental) to join our Surface Water & Catchments team in Melbourne . This role will commence with our Graduate cohort in mid 2026 (June/July intake). We’re looking for someone who: has recently graduated (or is a current student expecting to graduate by the end of 2025 or by mid-2026) with a degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering has a passion for the water sector and exposure (via coursework or experience) to hydrology, flood modelling, drainage design, WSUD or similar is interested in working in a consulting environment, within the engineering sector has strong attention to detail, good time management and organisational skills has great verbal and written communication skills is a team player and willing to learn Our two-year Graduate Development Program is designed to give you a smooth start to your consulting career. Alongside your peers, managers and mentors, we’ll help you detangle any challenges along the way.
