An exciting opportunity to join our Multidisciplinary Allied Health Assistant Department at Alfred Health Permanent Part Time (38 Hours per fortnight - additional hours on Sunday may be available) Salary Package : $ Superannuation Alfred Health location Inpatient acute wards Great staff benefits About the Role The Allied Health Assistant works closely with the multidisciplinary allied health team to provide a flexible and responsive service that works to meet each patient's identified therapeutic and discharge position is responsible for the implementation of individual interventions and / or therapy programs as delegated by the treating therapists. The AHA will work as part of the multidisciplinary team to provide services that may include sourcing practical advice and providing support to patients and families to complete applications for services and benefits. The AHA will also be responsible for administrative and clinical support functions which assist with patient management and contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of the is a condition of employment that individuals may be required to work across all Alfred Health sites and services including weekend and Public Holiday shifts as rostered.
