We provide independent advisory services to private and public clients, helping them navigate acquisitions, divestments, mergers, takeovers, and capital raisings. Your Opportunity Lead and manage transaction processes across the full deal cycle, including buy-side, sell-side, and capital raising mandates. Oversee the preparation of indicative valuation reports, detailed financial models, and complex financial analyses. Provide strategic insights and financial due diligence to buyers and vendors. Draft and review client‑ready marketing materials, including information memoranda, prospectuses, and board presentations. Drive business development initiatives, including mapping potential targets, building client relationships, and contributing to proposals. Collaborate with national and global KPMG teams on cross‑border transactions. Mentor and coach junior team members to develop technical and commercial skills. Your Experience Significant experience in investment banking, corporate advisory, private equity, or Big 4/Mid‑tier accounting (M&A Advisory or Transaction Services). Proven ability to manage deal processes end‑to‑end, including client interaction and stakeholder management. Advanced technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence. Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, economics or related fields; CA or CFA highly regarded. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships. A proactive attitude, strong team ethic, and motivation to achieve outstanding outcomes for clients. Why Join Us?
