Senior Management Accountant – Hindmarsh, SA Salary: $65 per hrHours: Ongoing Monday to Friday About the Role Adecco Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant for an ongoing casual assignment based in Hindmarsh, SA, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role. In this position, you will support the finance team by delivering high‑quality financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and insights to support business managers and stakeholders across the business. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant accounting information is available to support decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly management reports and production variance reports. Liaise with business managers to support operational and financial decisions. Assist with annual budgeting and maintain monthly cost of goods records. Perform general ledger and bank reconciliations. Support SAP accounting processes, pricing reviews, and system queries. Review payment runs and ensure accurate records management in line with accounting standards. Provide ad‑hoc reporting and support during year‑end financial processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure transactional accuracy. Skills & Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification. Proven experience as a management accountant or business partner. Proficiency in accounting systems, including SAP and/or Xero. Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and ATO compliance obligations (including BAS). Experience with financial statements, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Exposure to overseas accounts payable and account setup is advantageous. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
