The Role This role provides high‑quality contract administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of Oxfam Australia’s contract management systems and processes. The role is critical in supporting data integrity and compliance across program and financial systems, and provides surge support to the Partnership & Grants Leads. A little about you (the key selection criteria) Knowledge of international development, including gender, disability inclusion, and safeguarding policies Demonstrated competence and initiative in a range of administrative and contract support tasks including SAP and data management systems Proven accuracy and attention to detail in data entry, document formatting and financial processes Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders We can offer you A base salary of $88,337.37 plus superannuation, superior leave benefits and access to a generous not‑for‑profit salary packaging program (up to $18,450 of your salary tax‑free).
