Are you an experienced commercial agent ready to take the next step in your career? Oslo Property is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Commercial Sales & Leasing Consultant to drive our commercial division forward. This role offers the opportunity to work across sales and leasing in commercial property, backed by a trusted brand known for integrity, innovation, and exceptional client service. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll take ownership of commercial client relationships while leading activity across: Commercial Sales & Prospecting Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and building strong relationships Manage a pipeline across retail, office, and industrial Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close transactions Deliver market insights Leasing Manage the end-to-end leasing process Advise on rental structures, lease terms, and market positioning Prepare and review lease documentation with legal partners Maximise occupancy and rental returns Property Management Oversee a portfolio of commercial assets with professionalism and care Manage tenant relationships, inspections, budgets, repairs, and reporting Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Drive asset performance and long-term value What We’re Looking For Licensed Real Estate Agent (compulsory) Proven experience in commercial sales, leasing and/or property management Strong negotiator with excellent communication skills Highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working both independently and collaboratively Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Familiarity with commercial Property management software (desirable) Why Join Oslo Property?
