The Blind Factory is looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Consultant to service it's ever growing, qualified leads in Geelong and surrounding areas. Our Window Furnishing range consists of Plantation Shutters, Indoor Blinds, Curtains, External awnings and Crimsafe Security Doors.The successful applicant will service Qualified Leads created by an ongoing innovative Marketing Campaign backed by a professional Internal Sales and Administration team. The Role Computer literacy and the ability to master industry specific software A proven track record in window furnishing sales will be highly regarded Self-motivation and the ability to convert a high percentage of leads to sales Excellent negotiating and communication skills The ability to work without supervision High level of personal presentation and manners Hard working and the desire to succeed The Position Mobile Phone and iPad Internal support with a professional team. Position with a growing and secure company. Ongoing marketing campaign for lead generation Potential earnings are uncapped, making this role one for the ultimate Commission Sales Professional, or if you prefer we can discuss a salaried role – the option is yours We are looking for the best of the best, with proven industry experience OR we may train someone with a keen eye for detail and is hungry to succeed.
