Retail Assistant – Pool & Spa Industry Hourly Rate: $33.19 | Minimum 25 hours/week | Potential for Full-Time Are you passionate about customer service and ready to bring strong energy and expertise to a dynamic retail environment? Poolwerx is looking for a motivated Retail Assistant to join our team and help deliver exceptional service and product knowledge to our valued customers. What We Offer: $33.19/hour starting rate Minimum 25 hours/week, with potential to grow into a full-time role A supportive team culture with ongoing training Opportunities to develop product knowledge and retail skills Your Role: As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be the face of our storeproviding friendly, knowledgeable service, conducting water testing, recommending pool and spa solutions, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well presented retail space. What You’ll Bring: A positive attitude and strong energy that lifts the team Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred) Confidence in using POS systems and handling transactions Willingness to learn about pool and spa products (training provided) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work weekends or flexible hours Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality customer service and technical advice Support sales growth through product recommendations and promotions Maintain store presentation and assist with stock control Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming environment Does this sound like a job you can Dive into?
