Job Description We have an exciting opportunity to join the team at Epworth Geelong as a part‑time Patient Liaison Officer. You will be responsible for the management of patient and carer complaints and will report directly to the quality manager. Ensuring that complaints are handled in a timely, consistent, and empathetic manner across the site. Initiating early intervention with patients, caregivers, and staff. Providing thorough, timely, and appropriate investigation of feedback. Ensure appropriate co‑ordination and escalation of patient complaints to relevant internal and / or external parties. Contribute to prevention strategies and debrief for staff and doctors.
