Develop and maintain solution design standards, process models, and documentation. Provide solution options, including costs, risks, and dependencies, to support business cases, including leading solution walkthroughs with business stakeholders. Collaborate with project teams to ensure solutions are implemented as intended and address issues as they arise. Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure integration and consistency across applications. Support testing and implementation phases, including defect resolution and validation of solutions. Monitor as-designed v as-built for business benefit and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement. What We Are Looking For Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Systems Analysis, or related discipline. Strong understanding of business and digital solution design methodologies. Knowledge of application integration, data flows, and enterprise architecture principles. Demonstrated experience designing and delivering digital / business solutions in complex organisations. Proven ability to translate business needs into solution options and detailed design artefacts. Experience collaborating with business analysts, architects, vendors, and delivery teams. Background in maintaining solution documentation and supporting BAU operations. Hands‑on experience supporting testing, validation, and post‑implementation adoption. Current NSW Driver's Licence.
