Business Development Manager at BURGEON IT SERVICES Position: Solution Designer Location: Sydney Duration: 6 months Key Responsibilities: The Solution Designer will be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions that enable seamless data migration, digital integration, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards. The role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and experience in large-scale transformation programs. Design and document solution architectures for data migration and digital integration initiatives. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements. Define integration patterns for APIs, middleware, and third-party systems. Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise architecture standards. Support migration strategies for legacy systems to modern platforms. Provide technical leadership during implementation and resolve design-related issues. Detailed Job Description: Strong experience in data migration (ETL tools, data mapping, validation). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with banking systems and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in solution design tools Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Must Have Skills: Previous experience in financial institutions. Exposure to Open Banking, Payments, and Core Banking transformations.
