We’re now seeking a Solution Designer who can bring fresh thinking, a data-first mindset, a healthy curiosity for AI and exploring Technology Hyperscalers to solution across a diverse portfolio of initiatives. This role offers real influence - your impact will be felt across the organisation. You’ll provide thought leadership, constructively challenge the status quo, and guide the steps needed to modernise systems, bring more data into our UDP, and shape a future-ready technology landscape. Working alongside highly collaborative colleagues from different disciplines, you’ll have the scope to lead, experiment, and drive meaningful change across a modernisation program that truly matters. Key Responsibilities Provide design direction and technical leadership across data, integration, and transformation initiatives Deliver solution designs that balance performance, scalability, technical debt, and future-state modernisation Work with Enterprise Architecture to shape submissions and influence architecture direction Identify and resolve issues that impact architecture, application integrity, and technical debt Lead design reviews, walkthroughs, and optimisations to drive quality outcomes Collaborate closely with software engineers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery Bring a curious lens on AI and Technology Hyperscalers to explore opportunities for value in business and client outcomes What you will bring You’re adaptable in your thinking, collaborative in your approach, and motivated by driving simplification and modernisation. You have strong experience in data and a curiosity for AI, with the potential to grow and explore new possibilities. Key Experience Experience across data, integration, and technology domains Background in Solution Design and Software Development across multiple platforms Knowledge of cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure) Solid grasp of microservices, object-oriented principles, and data modelling / engineering Ability to balance packaged solutions, custom builds, and third-party vendor engagement Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to constructively challenge the status quo Stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels Continuous learning mindset with the drive to experiment, grow, and innovate Find the better way What gets us excited about working here?
