Lecturer / Senior Lecturer — School of Health Sciences Full‑time, 35 hours per week, continuing employment. Level B remuneration from $127k base with 17% super and leave loading; Level C remuneration from $155k base with 17% super and leave loading. Location Kensington, Sydney. Key Responsibilities Teach across the Health Sciences disciplines (Exercise, Nutrition and Dietetics, Pharmacy and Physiotherapy). Develop students in professionalism, innovation in healthcare and career pathways. Lead education in interprofessional learning and collaborate with all disciplines within the Faculty. Specialise in education and deliver high‑quality teaching and curriculum development. Qualifications & Experience Level B Registration or accreditation as a health professional in Australia. PhD in a health discipline (preferred; significant clinical and education experience may suffice). Professional practice experience in multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to ongoing discipline knowledge development. Experience in teaching & learning design, development and delivery at undergraduate/postgraduate level. Highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills. Ability to support and inspire students from diverse backgrounds and contribute to equity, diversity and inclusion. Level C (in addition to Level B) Significant experience in teaching and learning design with varied pedagogical approaches and interprofessional education. PhD in a health discipline. Strong track record of teaching excellence and professional development. Success in curriculum development and improvement. Track record in research or scholarship of learning and teaching with high‑impact outcomes. Evidence of teaching effectiveness and passion for educational excellence.
