Employment Type: Full‑time (35 hours a week) Duration: Continuing Remuneration: Level B from $127,000, Level C from $155,000 base (+17% super and leave loading) Work rights: Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must hold full rights to work in Australia Location: Kensington, Sydney About the Role The Lecturer / Senior Lecturer will contribute to educational excellence across health professional programs—Exercise, Nutrition and Dietetics, Pharmacy, and Physiotherapy. The role involves teaching, curriculum development, and fostering interprofessional education. It reports to the relevant Discipline Lead and collaborates across all disciplines to enhance educational experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of teaching and learning activities across all health professional programs. Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance interprofessional education. Support student development, equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Contribute to curriculum design, assessment, and continuous improvement. Engage in educational research and scholarship to raise teaching standards. Qualifications Level B Registration or accreditation as a health professional in Australia. A PhD in a health discipline (preferred; significant clinical and education experience considered). Broad professional practice and/or education experience in multidisciplinary teams. Committed to maintaining discipline knowledge and development. Experience in teaching and learning design, development, and delivery at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills. Ability to support and inspire students from diverse backgrounds and promote equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Level C (In addition to Level B) Significant experience in teaching and learning design across undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels, especially interprofessional education. A PhD in a health discipline. Professional development in teaching with a strong record of teaching excellence. Successful initiation of curriculum development and improvement. Track record in research or scholarship of learning and teaching with high-quality, high-impact outcomes. Evidence of teaching effectiveness and passion for educational excellence.
