Adica Insurance is seeking a dynamic Project Manager – Data Projects to join our team and drive the successful delivery of strategic data initiatives. Employment Type: 14 Months – Fixed Term Contract Reports to: Adica Program Director About the Opportunity As the Project Manager for Adica's Data & Identity projects, you'll be the central coordination point for internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. You'll manage planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams, fostering collaboration between business units, technology teams, and internal partners. What You'll Be Responsible For Coordinate internal resources across data-related projects. Support planning, reporting, and execution of Adica workstreams. Maintain project documentation including RAID logs and status reports. Track progress, manage risks, and escape issues as needed. Lead internal meetings, workshops, and decision forums. Ensure compliance with Adica's delivery standards and governance. Drive continuous improvement in project coordination and stakeholder engagement. What You'll Bring 3–5 years' experience in project / program management, ideally in data or insurance transformation. Strong grasp of project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Experience in insurance or regulated environments is a plus. Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, IT, or related field.
