The Opportunity As a Documentation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the accurate creation, maintenance, and management of all product documentation. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, support product development, and keep our documentation systems running smoothly. Your work will directly support our commitment to quality, safety, and innovation across a wide range of products including flavours, extracts, colours, compounds, sauces, fruit preparations, premixes, and more. This role can be based in either our Melbourne or Sydney office. Responsibilities Creation and Maintenance of Product Specification, PIF and Safety Data Sheet for all manufactured products including Flavours, Extracts, Colours, Compounds, Sauces, Fruit Preparations, Premixes, Soft Inclusions Reviewing and processing customer documents and inquiries in collaboration with other departments Respond to product, compliance, regulatory queries, providing guidance and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders Complete Customer specific Questionnaire and Documentations Manage external product registration and certification including but not limited to Halal, Kosher, TGA Qualifications/Experience & Personal Attributes Degree qualified in food science or similar Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role Comprehensive understanding of FSANZ Experience in Flavour industry highly regarded Great attention to detail Sound understanding of GMP and HACCP Excellent oral and written communication skills Passionate and highly organised professional Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work across multiple priorities and with multiple stakeholders Ability to think outside the box, continuous improvement and solutions focused Team player and can-do attitude Reports to: NPD & Technical Manager ANZ What's in it for you Fun and warm creative team who's responsible for the creation of many food items in your fridge and pantry Access to our EAP well-being program Professional development opportunities for learning and career growth Paid Day Off - Access to Birthday Leave If you’re looking to contribute to a team that values integrity, quality, and continuous improvement—and you’re passionate about making a real impact on the products that end up in fridges and pantries across Australia, we’d love to hear from you.
