About the Role We are seeking a motivated and seasoned Area Manager to contribute significantly to the expansion of BlastOne in WA. Based out of our Henderson branch, you will assume the responsibility of driving sales in a client-facing capacity, achieving predetermined sales objectives within your designated territory, and identifying avenues for growth. This permanent full-time role will involve close collaboration with sales teams throughout the organisation. Covering a wide geographical area, regular travel will be necessary. Moreover, occasional interstate travel may be necessary for meetings and industry events. Key Responsibilities Maintaining relationships with BlastOne’s existing customer base within your territory. Identify and establish new customer relationships to generate long-term business growth. Promote and sell our range of products and services using proven sales techniques. Performing cost-benefit analysis of existing and potential customers. Providing customers with comprehensive technical advice to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Continual analysis of the territory’s potential threats and opportunities. Comprehensive tracking, management, and reporting of sales data. About You Have 5+ years of experience in a technical-based sales role. Previous sales experience in B2B within a mining, LNG, construction, industrial, or rental equipment environment. Ability to provide technical advice and solutions to customers. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. A sound understanding and use of appropriate sales techniques. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including but not limited to customers, suppliers, and contractors. Self-motivated to continually increase both sales and client metrics. Hold a valid Australian driver’s licence. What We Can Offer You Tailored on-the-job training with our experienced Sales team.
