Your team will monitor customer feedback, compliance, and project performance, ensuring that safety and sustainability goals are integrated. Your innovative recommendations for high quality work will help ensure customer satisfaction and will support new business development. Major Responsibilities Responsible for direction or performance staff activities, including development of departmental procedures and standard project procedures or responsible for providing expertise in specific area Establishes processes for tracking and delivering workload Establishes teams and distributes the workload Serves as a liaison between project teams, external clients, or other functional areas of the organization Ensures work is completed on time and within established quality standards and provides reports to internal and external clients and/or project/functional sponsors Evaluates and recommends changes to policies or procedures Education And Experience Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience.
