Northern Land Management & Agriculture – Darwin NT Northern Land Management and Agriculture are seeking Weed Spray Technicians for our Natural Areas team . What You'll Be Doing You’ll work across the diverse rangelands of Darwin and Darwin Rural areas, tackling Class A and Class B environmental weeds. Our crews meet at a central depot to commence the day operating from company vehicles – 4WD Utility’s and Side by Side ATV’s. All are equipped with 150m Auto Reel Spray Units. What We're Looking For A strong work ethic and physical fitness for active outdoor work with specific note to Darwin's Seasonal Climate Working knowledge of NT Class A and Class B declared weed species Experience in weed control techniques, including safe chemical application A current driver's licence and reliable transport to get to base A commitment to working safely and protecting the environment AUSCHEM certificate or equivalent for Ground Spray Herbicide Application A White Card (Construction Safety Card) / Australian Police Check Chainsaw ticket Manual or MR/HR licence Why You'll Love Working With Us We value our people and provide a family friendly working environment.
