As our Senior Application Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting customers within the Asia Pacific Region in application and product support for Turbocor Oil‑free compressors. You’ll take ownership of product support and warranty, helping us to drive market share globally within the compressor environment. What You’ll Be Doing Provide technical advice, commissioning support, and troubleshoot product issues for external customers across the APAC region, via phone and email. Travel to customer sites to resolve product issues or to assist with pre‑ or post‑sales support. The role requires occasional overseas travel as business needs dictate. Support sales with technical execution of sales plans and conduct product training for internal/external customers as required. Work in collaboration with the Danfoss plants based in the US and China. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in HVAC/Chiller systems is required. Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration, or experience as a Chiller Technician. Good time management and customer service skills. Ability to travel overseas as required.
