Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create Alert Segment: Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment Job Function: R&D, Technology and Engineering Work Location Type: On-site The Impact You'll Make As our Senior Application Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers within the Asia Pacific Region in application and product support for Turbocor Oil-free compressors You’ll take ownership of product support and warranty, helping us to drive market share globally within the compressor environment. What You’ll Be Doing Provide technical advice, commissioning support, and troubleshoot product issues for external customers across the APAC region, via phone and email. Travel to customer sites to resolve product issues or to assist with pre- or post-sales support Support sales with technical execution of sales plans and conduct product training for internal/external customers as required. Work in collaboration with the Danfoss plants based in US and China. What We're Looking For Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems specifically Chillers Qualification in Mechanical Engineer or Refrigeration or experience as Chiller Technician Good time management and customer service skills Ability to travel overseas as required Confidence to work alone and in team environment What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
