Retail Sales Consultant

What you'll be doing Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to identify their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions. Proactively prospecting for new customers and generating sales leads through networking and strategic outreach. Conducting comprehensive needs assessments to understand customer requirements and propose the optimal vehicles and financing options. Preparing detailed proposals, quotes and contracts to secure new sales. Collaborating closely with our product specialists to ensure customers receive expert advice and the best possible purchasing experience. Providing exceptional post-sale support and managing ongoing customer relationships. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets. What we're looking for Automotive experience highly regarded (Truck or Passenger). Proven track record of successfully building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Excellent consultative selling skills and the ability to identify and address customer needs. Strong negotiation and closing skills with the drive to achieve sales targets. In-depth knowledge of commercial vehicle types, configurations and regulations. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Co‑ordinate the sales process and documentation. Take enquiries, manage your diary and database. Understand and exceed B2B customer needs and expectations. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. A flexible and customer-focused approach.
