The business was created in 1987 by a Sydney based entrepreneur called Harry Hilliam and his family. Neverfail continues to lead the market in looking towards the future; this includes capital investment in systems and processes, simplifying and modernising our e-commerce platform for a better customer experience and becoming efficient and agile in the way that we service and deliver to our customers. WHY NEVERFAIL? Neverfail prides itself on working in collaboration with its contractors to provide financially rewarding agreements that ensure a safe and engaging contractor relationship. We understand that the transport industry is a competitive landscape and are willing to work with the right contractors to provide ongoing delivery excellence to our customers. THE CONTRACT As a Neverfail Owner Driver, you will be responsible for safely completing a call schedule to deliver Neverfail products, including bottles and water coolers, to multiple locations, both residential and commercial. In this role, you'll focus on building and nurturing customer relationships. With the option of spacing the work out over 4 days, or condensing it to 3 days within a week, this position offers flexibility with consistency of work. Our centralised DC location is in Cairns. From there, you will service suburbs in the surrounding area based on the daily demand of our loyal Neverfail customers. As an important part of our delivery network, you will be interacting and maintaining relationships with our customers daily with a high level of customer service. This role will require excellent time management and organisation in order to successfully maintain your business. Working in parallel with the Neverfail Logistics and the Sales Teams, you will be supplied with handheld technology to efficiently deliver products in this physical, hands‑on role. TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU WILL NEED THE: Ability to purchase the required Neverfail truck; trucks are available to purchase from $120k. A Private Company Pty Ltd or the ability to obtain one. Valid Australian MR Driver’s License or the ability to obtain one. Positive attitude and a high level of presentation with the ability to self‑manage. Great physical condition with the ability to perform regular lifting and manual handling. Willingness to complete a full background check. Driving and delivery experience is desirable.
