We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Health & Safety Business Partner to help lead the safety function within our business. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll shape culture, influence behaviours, and make a meaningful impact on the wellbeing of our people, and can be based in one of our facilities in either NSW, VIC, SA or QLD. Responsibilities Supporting our commercial business as the go‑to expert for all health and safety matters. Partnering across teams – sales, vending, coffee, commercial excellence, key accounts and support functions – to identify risks at our sites/offices and within the market, and implement practical, high‑impact solutions. Presenting, coaching and collaborating across multiple teams and forums, including delivering content to key stakeholder groups. Designing and delivering safety programmes aligned with national strategies and targeting cross‑functional outcomes which may include customer and commercial considerations. Monitoring and reporting on safety performance – using data to drive continuous improvement. Supporting injury management outcomes, including incident investigation and event learning. Conducting investigations and internal audits to ensure we learn, improve and implement corrective actions. Championing employee engagement through focused projects with our people, safety committees and leaders. Influencing across multiple stakeholder groups to achieve aligned outcomes and deliverables. Coaching and mentoring our frontline leaders (DSMs & BDEs) to continuously improve our safety maturity and leadership development. Collaborating nationally with your broader safety team to share best practices, learn and support the broader business safety priorities. About You Proven experience in a commercial environment, ideally with FMCG or beverage service. Strong knowledge of Work Health and Safety legislation, standards and risk management practices. Excellent communication, presenting and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
