To be successful in this role you will need Qualifications Essential Degree or Diploma in a relevant field with extensive and diverse experience working in the Early Years Education and Care sector or equivalent is essential. Employee Working with Children’s Check or current Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration. Current Driver’s License. Experience Essential Experience in the planning, coordination and evaluation of early years or other professional service delivery. Key selection criteria Extensive Knowledge of Children’s Services legislation, standards, guidelines and service delivery needs. High level computer skills with experience in email, word processing, spreadsheet and relevant database software. Ability to set priorities, plan, coordinate and manage time effectively to achieve objectives. Provide contemporary leadership, promoting a customer service ethic, quality outcomes and a collaborative and successful team culture.
