Reporting to the Social Support Co‑ordinator, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, dedicated and proactive Lifestyle/Social Support Assistant to join our team, to get creative, have fun and really make a difference. Your can‑do attitude and willingness to commit to our LIFE principles will ensure your success in this role. Lifestyle / Social Support Assistant The Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) Demonstrated experience in assisting with delivering and evaluating recreational and rehabilitative programs for the aged Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Ability to write clear and precise English appropriate to resident’s needs Mature outlook with the ability to relate and converse with older people Ability and commitment to working as part of the team Demonstrated initiative and ability to work without supervision Commitment to maintaining confidentiality Excellent networking and engaging skills within the wider community Ability to work within the culture of Lifeview Residential Care Be passionate about aged care A team player who enjoys having FUN at work Level 2 First Aid Qualification Hold a current driver’s license Other specialised qualifications in areas such as dementia best practice, music or theartswill be highly regarded Experience with electronic documentation systems will behighly regarded Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages The successful applicant will enjoy benefits such as: Reward and recognition program Education, training and career opportunities Friendly team and great working environment Check out lifeview.com.au, or our colourful social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok to see how we roll.
