About the Opportunity As a Lifestyle Services Assistant reporting to the Lifestyle Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing support and assistance to residents in meeting their individual lifestyle goals, needs and choices to enhance their overall quality of life. Assist with the design, delivery and monitoring of group and individual lifestyle services activities and complementary therapies for residents Coordinate individual and group activities and therapies Ensure recreational activities, therapies and documentation comply with Aged Care Standards and relevant Acts, legal and ethical standards About You To be successful, you'll need: Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (essential) Experience as a Lifestyle Services Assistant Knowledge of working with a range of cognitive and physical abilities Involvement in creating and implementing innovative programs to meet specific resident needs Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc) Complete a police check Free seasonal flu vaccination NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement) cost refunded on appointment / and or a National Police check Bring your passion for quality care and in return, we will provide you with an opportunity to build an outstanding career by expanding and developing your skills. The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check and may be required to undertake an NDIS check.
