Your primary responsibilities focus on cleaning and laundry services, ensuring our home feels welcoming and well-presented at all times. Through your daily interactions, you’ll help create meaningful connections with residents, their families, and staff—supporting comfort, dignity, and a genuine sense of home. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness across resident rooms, bathrooms, and shared areas Complete routine and deep‑cleaning tasks to a high standard Provide laundry services, including sorting, checking, labelling, washing, drying, folding, and returning resident items Ensure linen supplies are maintained and stored appropriately Restock cleaning supplies and hand hygiene stations as required Follow infection control procedures and safe work practices Complete required documentation and reporting accurately and on time What's in it for you? To Be Successful You Will Need NDIS Worker Clearance – MANDATORY Valid working rights in Australia– MANDATORY Hospitality or Customer Service experience in a fast‑paced environment Experience in Laundry or Cleaning highly desirable A passion for delivering a person‑centred approach to care Strong verbal and written communication skills An understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards Compassionate and Empathetic nature Interested?
